Home Championship Round 4 - 28/10/2001

The final round of the Home Championship and the Junior Milton Mount Trophy were held at Buchan Park.  Jack Sorrell won the match with three bream for a 7lb 4oz total. The junior competition was won by Craig Whittaker with a single 3lb 8oz bream.  This completed a clean sweep by Craig who won all of the Junior Trophies awarded this season.

In the Home Championship Lenny Wells entered this final round with a narrow two point lead.  Unfortunately  Lenny proved to be one of the many anglers on the day who failed to get a bite.  This allowed Simon Clark to take the title with third place on the day with a 4lb bag of roach.  Lenny maintained his lead in the overall Club Championship table with all of the nearest rivals failing to catch.
